I do understand why police allow surveillance  cameras to be placed at stop lights; because car accidents are very serious.  However, there are many things in this world that are somewhat more serious than a car crash, but security cameras aren’t being placed there.  I think that there are more crimes being committed, no matter what type of surveillance is being placed; I am one who believes that placing them in public causes more crime.  There are more individuals who get a sort of arousal when it comes to being placed under surveillance when committing illegal acts, than of those who are discreet.  I  just can not get a clue as to why more cameras are being set in different places.  I honestly do believe that it is an invasion of privacy; and many people do not like to be invaded.  I believe that security surveillance is a sort of excitement for police, because they are filming peoples lives–probably with the enjoyment of criticizing them.

I have always disliked people who made excuses for their own mistakes, and I have to understand that it is only myself that I can blame for anything. I have sought reasons as to why I do the things I do, and I can not see anyone in my mistakes but me.  If it was someone else’s mistake, then they would have been the one to make it–and since they did not, I have no one to point fingers at, except myself.  Some people do not think to take the time out of the day and question themselves about what they have done in their past, and what they want to do in their future; however, I do. With mentioning that, I do not want keeping putting my dreams at a halt. I have come to the realization that no one can be me, but me–and I want to live my life to the fullest.

I believe that children are supposed to have the world, without all of the worries in it. I do not think a child should be burdened with adult responsibilities–but some kids are faced with this due to some family situations. For these children, I hurt. If it could happen, I would want all children to be able to experience fun throughout their lifetime. Without fun, a child could grow up stubborn, depressed, unwilling to try new things, or angry. People who never have the time to be happy as a child most likely will never have fun as an adult. I have always came to believe that, in order to stay young, you must be young at heart–so, that proves to me, children should enjoy the excitement of childhood when they are younger.

As a child, I did not want any worries, but there were many I had to endure. Now, being grown, I have realized that the excitement of a childhood can never be replaced–that is why I try to have fun as much as I can. I believe that parents should let children enjoy their life at that moment because, childhood does not lasts forever.

I do not think that a person should judge an actor for a role they play. Some actors are absolutely great at what they do, which makes it–somewhat–seem like their genuine personality; but, I don’t think that there should be any discrimination for the type of character they have to portray. Although there are actors like Sylvester Stallone who get “caught up” in their role, truly believing that they are that character, it is no reason for someone to not accept the actor as a whole. I believe these type of actors have a problem with getting in and out of character; which is probably difficult for them–and I would not hold that against them.

Although actors are only human like the rest of the world, I do believe there comes a point in time where they choose the character that helps to express themself. This can be seen in many movies, by many actors.

Typing my thoughts have always been a way of relieving my stress. I find that, when typing, I do not have to worry about who will read it and who will have an opinion about it; I can just write and be–somewhat–free from the outside world. As I type right now, I am easily flowing through my thoughts because, I am not being held back by words that are supposed to come out orally. With typing, I find that thoughts seem to come out more than what they would if I was talking. When typing your thoughts, you somehow get lost in your head, and everything you have ever thought decides to come out. I find this very interesting because, writing actually expresses more.

When expressing something orally, you never seem to get out all of your thoughts at that moment; but, when typing your thoughts, there is something in your mind that allows you to keep going with what you have been feeling–and thinking–for a long time. There is no hold when it comes to typing, and I honestly do believe that is why it is better to express thoughts with typing other than sitting and talking; you can never get everything out of your head when you speak, but when your mouth is closed, all you have is the depth inside the mind, and how far it can go–typing is the better helping hand.

Why do people post things that they know aren’t true? I have always told myself to post only facts so that no one will get the wrong idea of myself, or my lifestyle. However, I can not say this for everyone else. Although someone may tell the truth about their name, what is true in knowing that they are being honest with everything else? I have noticed that the people I get along with tell the truth on every social media, but how many people can I also say that for? Perverts are everywhere, and it is only a matter of time before they actually raid the internet and make a site for themselves.

I can not believe that the parents of modern-day society are allowing their pre-teens to make themselves a “page” for a social media network. I just believe that young kids need to be focused more on their work, and not some worthless website that attracts perverts and pedophiles. In this world today, we need much more protection.

Why is it that we do things for other people, that makes US, as a whole, feel good? Does that mean that there are truly no “good” deeds? Since we are only doing it for ourselves. So, does that in particular make us somewhat, selfish? Are we truly doing something for that person, or only doing it because it makes us feel good to do it for that person?

Why is it that we expect certain things? But when we do not know what is going to happen, we expect the unexpected? If we expect the unexpected, aren’t we still–practically–expecting something? So, does that really make the unexpected, expected ; Since we expected it? There are many things to ponder on. Why is that?

If we receive a new gift, such as a video game or iPod, we know automatically what is supposed to happen with it; instructions are not necessary. However, if it is something we have never came into tact with before, we would certainly have to read instructions; to find out what it is, and how it works. I believe that is the largest difference in reading instructions versus not reading instructions–brand new or origin. If we originally had the gift, then there is no need to read instructions that explain its usage and controls. Furthermore, if it is something completely brand new, that we have never known or been able to have, we would not know how to control it; in which we will need instructions.

I do not see myself reading instructions to something I already know how to use; in my opinion, it is just unnecessary. However, if I do not know a certain control to it, I would probably break out the instruction book and start reading.

RIAA should not be allowed to sue anyone because, if there is some type of specific hardware for the computer, there is somewhere a person has access to it; so if the software is so easy to access, how can RIAA be mad? If there was such a huge deal about downloading music, there should be no access to the type of software being used to download things. Music artists should be happy that others’ are downloading their music–it shows their liking for the music. I do not believe that anyone should be sued over a petty downloaded song; if the song is there to download, there should be no fuss about anything.

I do not believe there should be a such term as “music piracy” because, people are simply trying to put songs onto their computer; there is no harm in that.

I am upset with the way the computers here at PSC are only good when you want to get one thing done. There is no way someone can have a couple of  medias open at once without these old, banged up computers shutting a window down.What if someone had a test to do, and a blog to post; and the windows shut down? I’m pretty positive that everyone would not be very happy with that. Maybe this school needs a huge upgrade on their technology.

To be honest, though, getting mad will never solve anything; but this technology has taken anger to another level. How is it that, one minute something could be there; then the next, a little pop-up is telling you that your window is cancelled and you must “end now”?? I just hope that I can get through my other posts with no problems. Technology is too much; and obviously PSC knows too little about it.
